After 22 years of wonderful memories, we have decided to retire and sell our beloved cottage. From sunrise to sunset we have enjoyed romantic walks, fishing, swimming and playing with our son. It's time for a new family to make their memories here.

All our rooms have a sea view. The cottage has a covered porch and a patio facing the sea. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the children's room has two single beds. The living room has a queen sofa. The cottage will accommodate six people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a tub with shower over. All furniture included.
We are walking distance to beaches, Gosman's Dock, Fishing Boats, Whale watching and Casino Boats. Marinas, Restaurants and shops are nearby. You do not need a car.
Take the Train or Jitney to Montauk, the local Montauk bus meets public transport and the bus stops right outside our cottage. There are also taxis at the bus and train.
Our cottage is part of a co-op. The maintenance of $1017.87 should reduce in the next year when the underlying loan is paid in full. We anticipate a reduction of around $500. Maintenance covers : Real Estate taxes, heat, A/C, electric, gas, Direct TV with HBO, gardens, grounds, swimming pool, barbeque area and parking lot.
There is a full time Manager on site. There is no board approval for purchase. Many owners rent their property during the season. Our cottage is a perfect spot for a family or group to purchase. No worries when you arrive, no maintenance, just fun.....
