Our cottage has two bedrooms, one with two double beds and one with a Queen bed.  All rooms have a view of the sea, (including the bathroom)  The above map shows the location.  As you can see we are walking distance to beaches, Gosman's Dock, Fishing Boats, Whale watching and Casino Boats.  Marinas, Restaurants and nearby shops are nearby.  You do not need a car.

Take the Train or Jitney to Montauk, the local Montauk bus meets public transport and the bus stops right outside our cottage.  There are also taxis at the bus and train. 

Our cottage is part of a co-op.  The maintenance of $1017.87 should reduce in the 5 years when the underlying loan is paid in full.

Maintenance covers : Real Estate taxes, heat, A/C, electric,  gas, Direct TV with HBO, gardens, grounds, swimming pool, barbeque area and parking lot.

There is a full time Manager on site.  There is no board approval for purchase.  Many owners rent their property during the season.  Our cottage may be rented during the season and will net after agents commission approx $17,000 per year.
